relationships in ways you are unaware of, which cause suffering and may be preventing you from moving toward what has heart-meaning for you. In exploring the past, it is not to create a story one
might cling to or to place blame but to provide a window into what may want to be released so that a new possibility becomes possible, one that is based on your values and your truth in the present.
My understanding of healthy psychological and spiritual development encompasses both a path with heart as well as a path that transforms the wounded, lost and disowned parts of a person. I believe
that we each have been given different experiences to work with and through, and unique gifts to be discovered and developed. Since our bodies are centers of expression for our greater awareness we
